Write for us
Stellar Food Review welcomes pitches that make readers see food differently: a precise explanation of a technique, a useful comparison of ingredients, a food tradition with careful context or an original way to think about flavour.
What makes a strong pitch
Start with the central question, explain why it matters to a general reader and describe the distinct point your piece will make. A strong proposal has a clear scope, a useful takeaway and enough context to handle the subject responsibly. Tell us whether the idea is reported, explanatory or personal, and note any relevant interests or affiliations.
The work we are looking for
We are interested in evergreen food writing about ingredients, cooking techniques, flavour, food history and kitchen rituals. We favour careful explanation over sweeping claims, and specific examples over a list of loosely connected tips. Pitches should not depend on invented credentials, unsupported health claims or instructions that could create food-safety risks.
How to send a proposal
Send your proposal through the Contact page, choosing the editorial question option and including a working title, a brief outline and a few lines about your approach. Please pitch the idea before sending a complete manuscript. A submission is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
